Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken was started in 7July 2016. In Malaysia, nowadays fast food are most popular among the youngest. Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken providing 2 main type of product that used only chicken. There are several type of flavour in chicken flavours such as original, spicy, cheese, black & pepper, sour & sweet, pizza, BBQ, tomato. The price of chicken is just RM5. It is affordable price for the fast food. But this kind of fast food are most suitable for mostly all kind of age people because it’s just a type of chicken with delicious taste purpose crunchy and crispy.

The owner of Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken Mr Shazli started this business just for a side income and part time job because there is sufficient money for this business and work also quick easy. He loves his job, the main reason for this business is to develop by taking a franchise shop. One day, he was suggested by his family members to introduce this Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken to people on the space, so he decided to introduce his fast food to Kelana Jaya people as a purpose to open this business. Because in this area there are rarely get fast food street stall so he decided to open a fast food street stall. By support of his beloved family, he started Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken using his own savings in 2016. He opened the stall morning 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.

Mr Shazli’Saim of Uncle’s Best Fried Chicken in coming 2 years is to a restaurant and make this business to become huge.He is a good hearted man who uses his profit to donate charities and old folks home. His competitor was the shop next to them which also selling chicken based fast food. The only aim of him in this business, he is now being a franchisee but he wants to be a franchisor of food and beverages fast food Company which he can provide business to many franchisees. He wants to be the owner of a fast food company. It’s really finger licking delicious that’s make the stall special till now.

The Kopi Boy

Historical Background

Kopiboy was started in 29 Nov 2015. The kopiboy is a hipster stall that serves beverages in big cup. In Malaysia nowadays,big cup is become very famous beverages. They serve many kind of flavour such as cocoa,vanilla latte, and much. The price of big cup is RM5 only. It is affordable price for the beverage. But this kind of beverages are most suitable for youngsters because it is contain of sweet for delicious taste purpose.

The owner of kopiboy Mr faliq started this business only because he love to drink super cool chocolate iced drink on hot weather . Obviously,he serve it to friends and family. One day, he was suggested by his friend to introduce this drink to people, why not to take Malaysian hot weather as a purpose to open this business. Stand by his own leg, he started KopiBoy using his own savings in 2015. He wasn’t have a single experience in food and beverages field,even he was ex Unitarian studied Diploma In Tourism which is totally different from food and beverages business. The only phrase he used when we asked what makes u feel craze about is “coffee makes me smile” which means he’s having a deep passion on coffees and he’s loving what he do by bringing this taste to people.

His aim of KopiBoy in coming 2 years is to have 16 stalls in 16 states in Malaysia. Mr faliq already having 3 street stalls in kelanajaya,shah alam and MiriSarawak . He is a humble person about his business. Although he can open KopiBoy in better shoplot but he is not interested in that, he wants to grow his business where he can have an eye contact and better communication with customers. He’s a customer friendly entrepreneur indeed .

VALUE PREPOSITION OF SHOP

The stall is very attractive than other street stall, his concept of the stall which is british style is the main attraction of the stall. Customers likes the friendly talk and smiling face of workers. This makes a good impression toward customers. This is a difference and special of the stall then others.

KopiBoy is very famous wherever it is. They are serving drinks in the main functions and government programmes such as kendurikahwin. Mr faliq and team participate in government event MAHA at mardi, serdang. KopiBoy business hours is 1.00pm to 12.00am Monday to Friday.
